Site To-do
In the spirit of the LazyWeb1 , I’m keeping my to-do list public so that anyone that wants to, can comment and make suggestions.
- Change permlink format as per Horns’ suggestion2.
- Search Engine Optimization3 .
- I don’t like how images are handled. For example, getting to character avatars is a chore. Must be a better way. Lightbox? Other?
- Don’t like how random quote generator is working. Fixed now, hacked teh PHP mahself. /flex
- I don’t like the blogroll. One addon that I tried was hideous. Screw it, I’m doing it by hand for now.
- I need to insert the RSS feed from my Google Reader shared items. The one that comes with WP is hideous.
- Automatic avatar insertion for posts? Maybe somehow mix with Gravatars?
- Mass editing of posts so I can clean up categories a bit.
- Investigate Yawasp spam filter.
- RSS icons! Done!
- Favicon! My server, my icon, foshizzle4 .
- Footnote!
- Entre Card!
- Redo header image. Maybe not waiting for autumn festival. Done – enabled random image cycling, and I use in-game screenshots. It’s pretty cool, if I do say so myself.
- Speaking of which – polls! Where do I go next?

- Finish the bio page!
- Make How to Huntard pages permenant.

For the lightbox, I use this plugin – there are a few others but every one of them either didn’t work or somehow broke my site theme.
For polls, WP polls is amazing.
